Kate Spohrer - Kate has a background in education and public sector work. She is a qualified teacher, Master of Education and doctoral researcher in the field of Multi-Disciplinary Team working. Kate has worked in senior management in school, as an advisory teacher for behaviour and as a multi-disciplinary team co-ordinator. Kate has a wealth of experience in training within the education sector. In 2002 she won an award for her book ‘Supporting Children with ADHD’ and has trained nationally and published in this field.
Associate Trainers - nlp4 draws on a whole bank of trainers, that have additional specialisms such as change management, life coaching and other expertise.
Jean Douglas is one of our associate trainers and comes from a nursing background having practised as a midwife and school health nurse. She has worked in schools as a MISP instructor and has recenly been part of a multi disciplinary team involving health and education, this experience has given Jean a great understanding of how schools tick, but she also retains a fresh perspective from health.
